Just how sick are these people?
A new kind of warning has come up about protesters gearing up for the Democratic National Convention. Denver firefighters have learned of a house full of urine being stored to throw at police. An internal memo is warning first responders that disgusting acts are a significant concern. Protesters in other cities have used urine and feces filled balloons to throw at police and there are concerns that could happen during the Democratic National Convention in Denver. Denver City Councilman Doug Linkhart has proposed an ordinance to keep protesters from carrying the so called urine bombs or other liquids in the protest areas.

Attention lefties. This will not win you friends or influence people to do anything other than stomp your sorry face into the ground, or get you shot if you do it to the wrong person.

When I was in the Democrat Party, I was a Democrat like Zell Miller. My father was a leader in the local party and in a union.
Now, I am a Republican, and my father has admitted to me he hasn’t voted for a Democrat on the state level since 1992 (he still votes Democrat on the county level).
Here is a three video playlist of Zell Miller addressing the Republican National Convention in 2004. It is dedicated to everyone who used to be a Democrat, and had their eyes opened:

As part of the effort to make the August 25-28 convention the greenest ever, the Democrats’ guidelines for food catering include one that strikes at the heart of Southern cuisine: no fried food.
No fried chicken. No fried catfish. No fried green tomatoes. No fried okra. No fried anything.
In promoting healthy eating habits, the Democratic guidelines say every meal should be nutritious and include “at least three of the following colors: red, green, yellow, purple/blue and white.”
“It’s the new patriotism,” says Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper, the driving force behind the greening of the Democratic convention.

You know, I’m betting someone could make a lot of money by smuggling fried chicken into that convention…unless the Dems flip-flop on this issue, too.

The law enforcement authorities in Denver, Colorado are being very proactive regarding the legions of anarchists, communists, progressives, and other freaks known as Democrats descend upon Denver in an attempt to “Recreate ’68“.
They have passed an ordinance that makes it unlawful for protesters to possess large sticks, whether they be metal or wooden, gas masks or projectile launchers.
ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. — No large sticks and no poles. Those are the rules approved Tuesday by the Arapahoe County Board of County Commissioners for protesters surrounding the Democratic National Convention.
“As we were planning for our efforts toward the DNC it became obvious to us that this was a public safety gap that needed to be filled,” said Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson.
# The ordinance makes it unlawful for anyone in unincorporated Arapahoe County who is involved in a demonstration, rally or picket line or similar public assembly to:
# possess any metal, hard plastic or wood object that is sharpened or that exceeds the allowed dimensions set forth in the ordinance (no longer than 2 feet)
# possess any type of projectile launcher
possess a gas mask
Demonstrators said they understand the need for safety, but believe this ordinance goes too far.
“A gas mask can never be used to hurt somebody, it is not an offensive thing,” said Glenn Spagnuolo with Recreate 68. “It can only be used to protect somebody from being injured.”

I hope that these nuts are able to mount a large protest effort that will show regular Americans just how nutty the Democrat Party has become. I have also been monitoring some forums where delegates to the DNC are planning to mount Direct Actions inside the convention itself. This will be a convention to remember, and savor the nuttiness of the left.
Here is a video from the Communism Now Newscast about the planned DNC protest from this past April:

While performing the distasteful duty of signals intelligence, I found this on Infoshop News:
ST. PAUL – A group of demonstrators protesting the war in Iraq will be allowed to parade as close as 300 feet from the Xcel Energy Center on the first day of the Republican National Convention, police said Wednesday.
But protesters — who plan to march from the state Capitol to the site of the convention and back again — say that’s not good enough.
The authorized route released Wednesday will allow marchers near the Xcel Energy Center at the corner of West 7th Street and West 5th Street — an intersection kitty-corner and across the street from the auditorium. The route is only authorized for Sept. 1, the first day of the four-day convention, said Assistant Police Chief Matthew Bostrom.
“This is as close as we can get to the skin of the building, if you will,” Bostrom said during a news conference. He said there will be no barbed wire or black cloth that entirely blocks the view of the building.
A group called the Coalition to March on the RNC and Stop the War received a conditional parade permit more than two months ago but didn’t learn of its route until Wednesday.
“We’re very unhappy with it,” said Jess Sundin, a spokeswoman for the Anti-War Committee. “We’re expecting something like 50,000 people. We need big streets … The amount of space that they are proposing we turn around in is not possible.”
The protesters wanted a route that would allow them to march on the streets immediately surrounding the Xcel Energy Center.
In addition, Sundin said, the permit allows marchers to leave the Capitol at noon and requires them to be away from the intersection nearest the Xcel Center by 2 p.m., which won’t give them much time to march or guarantee they’ll be near the facility when delegates are there.

Sounds like both the RNC and DNC will attract the deritus and flotsam of society to their moment of time to have a public temper tantrum.

The plan–developed in association with local groups like Recreate ’68:
Anarchists and Anti-Authoritarians: join us in Denver, Colorado, August 24th-28th as we engage in coordinated Direct Actions against the Democratic National Convention, its corporate sponsors, and the military/police occupation of public space. Respecting diverse tactics and the autonomy of affinity groups and individuals, Unconventional Action has created the following framework to maximize our impact as we disrupt the DNC.
Unconventional Action’s strategy at the Democratic National Convention will hold the Democratic Party accountable for promoting unjust policies: environmental degradation, the enforcement of arbitrary borders, attacks on the poor, complacency in war, and racist policing. We will expose to the nation that the Democrats and Republicans are two sides of the same coin, both parties funded by the same corporations and upholding the same unjust political system which fails to meet the needs of the vast majority of people. Anarchists and Anti-Authoritarians are urged to engage in a broad variety of tactics to disrupt fundraising events and prevent Democratic delegates from voting for no-choice candidates. Unconventional Action will honor and support autonomous actions while coordinating a highly publicized assault on the pageantry, violence, and abuses of the Democrats and the two-party capitalist system.
Unconventional Action will target a variety of the 1,500 proposed fundraisers, countless delegate hotels, and designated institutions perpetuating global injustice. Using space reclamation, street theatre, direct confrontation, positive action, and a broad array of other tactics, we will force the national media to question the Democratic Party’s failures, hold Democratic candidates accountable for their abuses of power, and engage in direct actions that reflect our ultimate goals of joy and liberation through creativity and confrontation.
