NC Democrat Video Tying McCrory To President Bush

Posted by Thunder Pig on June 19, 2008

This is a move that is likely to win conservatives over to McCrory

I kid you not! Just watch it:

For those of us who have been concerned about GOP Candidate for Governor Pat McCrory being RINO, the North Carolina Democrat Party has decided to help us see McCrory in a more favorable light. This is one of those rare commercials that work just as effectively (perhaps more) in getting people to vote for the candidate the makers don’t want you to vote for!!!

Candidate Videos on WNC Citizens Blog

Posted by Thunder Pig on April 20, 2008

Here is an updated list of recent candidate videos from the April meeting of The Action Club:

Eric Gorny for Bill Graham (GOP Primary for Governor)

Paul Purdue (NC House #115)

Joe Dunn (Buncome County Commission)

Don Yelton (Buncombe county Commission)

Mike Fryar (Buncombe County Commission)

It’s an odd thing that there are few videos of the Democrat candidates. The only one I am aware of is the one filmed for Sound Off Buncombe of Holly Jones at a Citizens for Change meeting. Of course, it is my contention that putting Democrat candidates on video in detail would hurt them more than it would help them.

Rice for Veep, Just Say No One RINO on the Ticket is Enough

Posted by Thunder Pig on April 7, 2008

I’m hearing noises about Condi Rice being considered for Veep, and some conservatives are cheering. Idiots. Rice is NOT a conservative.

She is a RINO, and is pushing for the destruction of Israel by giving in too much to the Paleostinkians. She has been captured by the evil bureaucrats in Foggy Bottom.

Paul Purdue Campaign Website Online

Posted by Thunder Pig on April 5, 2008

Paul Purdue is running for NC House #115, and has the beginnings of a website up and running, and will be adding more as time goes on.

I look forward to visiting his website to find out what is going on in his run for office. His opponent is Bruce Goforth.

Susan Pons is running against NC Senator John Snow, and this is the speech she gave detailing why she chose to run and what she wants to accomplish.
I will let you know when she gets her website up and running.

Also, Richard Bernier of Sound Off Buncombe (a URTV show) was there, and he took a video as well:

Dodie Allen for NC House District #119

Posted by Thunder Pig on March 30, 2008

Dodie Allen is a thoroughly enjoyable person to speak with and I had an opportunity at yesterday’s Macon County GOP Convention to video her speech at the convention.

Please visit her website for more details on getting in touch with her during her campaign to replace Phil Haire in the NC House.

She wouldn’t stay in one spot for the camera, so I got out my spare camera and took a few photos of her to use as a slideshow during her speech.

Macon County GOP Convention Part I

Posted by Thunder Pig on March 30, 2008

I attended the Macon County GOP Convention today, and took lots of video and lots of photos. I was amazed at the spirited debate among the three Congressional candidates, and wowed by the state level candidates, who all spoke eloquently.

I also found out my video editing software doesn’t like large files. So, after three hours of processing, the hour long video of the debate was unusable. So, I am chopping the debate into You Tube sized chunks. THis is the first, then I am going to bed, and will process the rest tomorrow.
